Course Details

Semester Course 12 Credits (Half year course only)


A practical based course giving opportunities to acquire knowledge and understanding of fitness and exercise activities. Student will demonstrate a number of exercise techniques in using gym equipment, participate in fitness activities related to a sport of their choice and participate in leisure activities.
