Course DetailsLevel 2 Optional 23 Credits
Purpose:Developing management skills, knowledge of nutrition, food planning, recipe development and preparation in relation to the production of a lemon meringue pie. Completing tasks and dietary analysis, presenting ideas relating to issues in our society, exploring attitudes and beliefs, considering an holistic approach to health.
Entry Requirements:12 credits in FNG1 and HOF/TIC approval.
