Level 3 Optional 19 CreditsPurpose:
Has a strong theory base, giving background and support to participation in physical activities. Examines the relationships between physical activity, lifestyle and well-being. Focuses on the acquisition and development of physical skills and the place of sport in society. Students will plan and evaluate a personalised exercise programme; develop and perform skills; examine the factors affecting performance of these skills; appraise the performance of self and others; apply these skills in a practical setting.Entry Requirements:
14 credits in PED2 and 12 credits in ENG2/ENE2 and HOF/TIC approval.Course Contribution:
