Level 2 Optional 17 CreditsPurpose:
A practical based course giving opportunities to acquire knowledge and understanding of fitness and exercise activities. Students will learn about Sports Nutrition, demonstrate a number of exercise techniques in using gym equipment and participate in leisure activities. Assessment is all Internal.Entry Requirements:
Regular involvement in sport at any level, preferably school team. PED1 an advantage. HOF/TIC approval.Course Contribution:
