To enable students to learn to make artworks and to develop an understanding of Art. Emphasis is on the Art of New Zealand and the European influence.Content:
Sources of motivation for making artworks arising from:
1. Different levels of experience.
2. Technical knowledge about materials and equipment.
3. Knowledge about appropriate ways of working.
4. Knowledge about form, processes, media and culture.
