Wanganui U15 Hockey representatives played well

Congratulations to the Whanganui High School boys who represented Wanganui in the National U15 Hockey Championship Tournament in Wanganui over the holidays where they were placed 4th.

Coached by year 12 student Connor Hoskin the boys narrowly missed the final losing to Wellington in the semifinal 5-4.

Congratulations also to the Whanganui High School girls who represented Wanganui who were placed 5th.

Wanganui U15 Girls Hockey team were placed 5th. Including WHS students: Charlotte Baker, Maggie Jones, Rebekah Bayler, Madi Doble, Charlotte Hardy, Emily Jennings, Kyla Manville, Grace Palazzo.
