Robertson Holden International Speedway action - 248 Global Challenge

Robertson Holden International Speedway – Palmerston North

Featuring the 248 Global Challenge, Adult Ministock Champs and Manawatu Modified Champs. There was plenty of action in most classes with some Whanganui drivers getting on the podium.

In the Adult Ministock Class 92v, Jemma Barnes won the 1st race with 36 starters. She finished 7th in the second race and a 2nd place in Race 3, saw her finish 2nd overall in the championship on 104 points, beaten by Seth Hodge on 109 points. The first Superstock Group 2 race was won by Kerry Podjursky from Rebecca Barr.

In Race 7 Superstocks group 2, Heat 2 – 10 laps 81v Max Holloway (Wanganui) finished 4th.

Race 9 Standard Stocks Group 1, 10 laps Dion Mooney (Wanganui) finished 8th and 4th in Race 15. In Race 22 Superstock Final 3 Wanganui’s 136v Kaelin Mooney took the win which put him 4th overall in the 248 Global Challenge with 77 points. Kerry Podjursky finished 8th on 67 points and Max Holloway finished 21st with 29 points.
