On June 29th Noah Frederick competed in the NZBJJF Palmerston North Open Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Competition.

Fighting up in the Adults division for both Gi & No Gi Noah had some massive fights and came away with

GOLD in under 80kg Adult blue belt No Gi

GOLD in under 76kg Adult blue belt Gi
