Whanganui High School Sports

Whanganui High School is also doing great at the NZ Club Track & Field Championships this weekend.

James and Bruce McGregor both ran personal bests (pb) in the 400m with James making it through to the final where he came 7th. They also raced in the same race - M18 300m hurdles where James got 2nd 🥈and Bruce 3rd. 🥉 Jamie Munro got 10th - u16 200m, 13th - u16 100m 12th- u16 long jump.

Auguz Thongskul got 8th in the u18 100m final. Sean Frieslaar got 13th and pb in u18 800m. Reiley Thomas pb and 15th in 200m. Still to race this afternoon is Sean in the 1500m, Lucas Howard in triple jump and some relays.
