Cross Country Nationals - June 2015

SPORTY:  Wanganui High School athletes (left) Sam Luff, Travis Bayler, Rebecca Baker and Emma Rainey will represent the school at the National Secondary Schools Cross Country in Dunedin.

The four promising young athletes are heading to Dunedin for the NZ Secondary School Cross Country Champs on Saturday June 20th.

Emma, Rebecca and Travis also play hockey for our 1st XI teams throughout the week and Emma is also in the Central North Island U18 hockey team.

This is a great experience for the 4 athletes and with Rebecca, Travis and Sam only in Year 9 and Emma Year 11 they have a bright future ahead in this sport.
