Duke of Edinburgh Hillary GOLD Award Recipients

On Saturday 12 August 2017 some of our students who completed their Duke Of Edinburgh Hillary Gold Award in 2016 were part of the cohort of students from around the country who were invited to Government House to receive their award from the Governor General.

These six students join several others from our school who attended ceremonies in Auckland and Dunedin last month.

These awards highlight the huge amount of time and effort that has gone into completing the Gold award, and it is fitting that these students ARE HONOURED.

Whanganui High School congratulates all students who complete the award.

A fine achievement indeed.
