Results from our swimmers at the NZSS champs

Final results from our WHS swimmers at the NZSS champs in Wellington, 9-11 September 2016.

Medals
Elena Forlong 2nd, girls 16+ - 200 butterfly
Sarya Lower 3rd, girls 15 - 50 free and 50 breaststroke
Top 10s Relay 
Elena, Sarya, Niamh Hogan, Amelia Cronin-Townsend 5th girls 15+ 4 x 50 freestyle
Amelia 7th girls 13 - 100 free, 8th 400 free, 10th 200 free and 200 IM
Elena 8th 100 girls 16+ 100 fly
Sarya 4th girls 15 years 100 free and breast
7th 200 IM, 9th 200 breast and 10th in 50 fly and 200 back (all 15 years). Also qualified for open 50 metre breaststroke skins where she came 5th. 

The other swimmers in the team Alex Forlong and Niamh both improved their national rankings in several events. 

A really good event attended by the top swimmers this year nationwide.
