Wallace Art Awards competition - WHS students selected

Great news for two Visual Arts students..
Lily Claypole (image on left) and Toka Poa (image on right), both Whanganui High School year 12 students, have their images selected in the Wallace Secondary School Art Awards competition, making the Art Teachers at Whanganui High School very proud indeed.

The Wallace art awards are the major event on the secondary school Art Calendar and to get two students into this national competition is very rewarding.

In a competition dominated by Auckland Single Sex and Private Schools its Great to know that Whanganui can represent.

Well done to Whanganui Girls' College and Di Pottinger as well.
