This course provides the opportunity for Year 11 students to continue the programme of Physical Education started in Years 9 & 10. The learning experiences will develop a positive attitude towards sport and physical education through a strong base of movement skills. The theory component of this course provides a sound base for NCEA Level 2 and 3 Physical Education Courses. Students will examine and demonstrate Quality Performance, Anatomy, Physiology, Biomechanics and Social Responsibility.
